Wheelchair Robot for All Terrains

Advances in robotics, such as those recently seen in household tasks, are not only benefiting humanoid robots. They are also leading to advances in prosthetics, exoskeletons, and assistive devices for people with disabilities. One example is an AI-powered wheelchair robot from a company called XSTO.

The company presented the AI-assisted mobility robot X12, which is suitable for any terrain. Among other things, it can also climb stairs. The four-legged robot chassis with wheels is equipped with an independent drive system and a shock absorption system for the four wheels, offering strong off-road capabilities and a comfortable driving experience.
