Genesis 1:3 – “Let there be light!”

The creation of the world is a bit tricky. According to the Old Testament in Genesis 1:1, which Jews and Christians refer to, God first created the heavens and the earth. In the dark. Only then did it occur to Her to create light. No wonder the Earth was “desolate and confused”, as reported in Genesis 1:2. But to whom did She say the sentence described in Genesis 1:3? What must have sounded divine back then has lost its magic today. I can reveal the secret:

When God said: “...let there be light“, She actually spoke to Alexa.

Sure, when She saw the light, she thought it was good, but thinking about it for a long time and showing astonishment every time seems a bit excessive. It is also clear that we no longer have to divide light and darkness into day and night in a somewhat exaggerated way, as God did in Genesis 1:5. Today we simply call it “light”, and it can also shine at night, thanks to Edison! Just as the sun shines uninterruptedly for several billion years and knows no day and night, but the darkness caused by the earth’s rotation around the sun affects those who find themselves briefly on the side facing away from the sun.

The fact that I can say the phrase “Let there be light!” to Google Home or Siri and other devices, and it also becomes light, simply shows that God and man have options today. While making light has become a commodity, today I wish that enlightenment would be given to us in equal abundance. Instead, spiritual darkness seems to be gaining the upper hand again.

For the sentence “Let there be enlightenment!” to lead to such a result, we still have to wait for the right brain implants. However, the Bible makes no mention of this; we have to create it ourselves. Just like a new Bible with an account of man-made Genesis.
